ANDROID: [TEMP] arm64: config: Enable LVTS on arm64

Enable CONFIG_MTK_LVTS_THERMAL as a module on arm64.
This way thermal mitigation (IPA) should start working on corsola.

Test: build kernel, deploy to steelix, check soc_max appears as a thermal zone
      (for instance `cat cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone1/type`)
