Revert "arm64:uprobe fix the uprobe SWBP_INSN in big-endian"

This reverts commit 63f9dae7 which is
commit 60f07e22 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
