mtd: spi-nor: cadence-quadspi: Don't set mode bits 



Don't set mode bits when spi-nor core asks for dummy bytes to be sent
for read transactions. Mode bits are different than dummy cycles and can
interfere with Octal mode operation if set unnecessarily.
