ANDROID: GKI: Disable Qcom Gunyah hypervisor

Disable CONFIG_GUNYAH for anrdoid15-6.1. Based
on comment from https://r.android.com/2730948

is not required by Qcom on this branch.

It should be a protected GKI module and not built
into the kernel image. Re-introduce it as a protected
GKI module when needed.
