Revert "ALSA: usb-audio: Add FIXED_RATE quirk for JBL Quantum610 Wireless"

This reverts commit 36dba3f4 which is
commit dfd5fe19 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
