Revert "af_vsock: Set VMADDR_FLAG_TO_HOST flag on the receive path"

This reverts commit 0e7a8ad0 which is
commit 1b5f2ab9 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
