ANDROID: vendor_hooks:vendor hook for fiq 



When system is running on EL0, a hardware exception interrupt may
routed to user state as fiq by atf. We need to save logs/regs info to ddr when the fiq ocurred, so hook point is added to el0t_64_fiq_handler.
