ANDROID: Check arch before running kunit 



KUnit configurations include KernelTestModuleController that skips the
tests for mismatching architectures.

Test: ./run_test_only.sh --gcov -s 0.0.0.0:6520 -t \
      'kunit soc-utils-test#soc-utils'
