Revert "drm/radeon: use eld_mutex to protect access to connector->eld" 



This reverts commit 83e4ac9f which is
commit b54c14f8 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
