Revert "bpf: support non-r10 register spill/fill to/from stack in precision tracking"

This reverts commit ecc2aeea which is
commit 41f6f64e upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
