ANDROID: gki_defconfig: Enable Tegra Host1x 



Select hidden config CONFIG_TEGRA_HOST1X_CONTEXT_BUS.
This config is needed as it adds host1x_context_device_bus_type
to iommu_buses private array, needed for host1x.ko module
