crypto: caam: Make CRYPTO_DEV_FSL_CAAM dependent of COMPILE_TEST

As most of the drivers that depend on ARCH_LAYERSCAPE, make
CRYPTO_DEV_FSL_CAAM depend on COMPILE_TEST for compilation and testing.

    29
