Merge branch 'rproc-linux-4.1.y' of git://git.ti.com/rpmsg/remoteproc into rpmsg-ti-linux-4.1.y

Pull in the updated remoteproc feature branch that enables the DSP and
and IPU processor subsystems on AM571x and AM572x IDKs. The same were
previously supported on the AM57xx Beagle-X15/EVM, and DRA7/DRA72 EVMs.
The IVA and DSP remote processors will be running at OPP_HIGH clock
frequencies.

The merge also syncs up the RPMsg integration branch with the latest
platform base code.
