FIXUP: CHROMIUM: UBUNTU: SAUCE: trace: add trace events for open(), exec() and uselib()

Undefine TRACE_INCLUDE_PATH to avoid conflict with the change:
ANDROID: syscall_check: add vendor hook for open syscall
which will be later introduced by the following regular ACK merge.

TEST=built with the following ACK merge.
