arm64: defconfig: Enable Rockchip SAI and ES8328

The RK3576 uses Rockchip SAI for audio output. Meanwhile, the Sige5
board, which uses the RK3576 and is supported by mainline, uses an
ES8388 codec over I2C with the ES8328 driver implementing support for
this codec.

Enable both in the defconfig.
