drivers: power: supply: msm: Changes for 2W platform

In 2W platform, all battery related informations
comes from MCU unlike regular mobile targets.
FG driver does not need to poll for battery info
and notify to the applications.
Also, 2W UI does not have battery icon to update
about battery soc or charging status.
