dt-bindings: soc: ti: pruss: Add PSIL configuration details 



On "ti,am654-icssg", data flows over PSIL threads using UDMA.
There are 8 PSIL threads on each ICSSG.

The PSIL configuration is mostly static. Application nodes can
override if required.
