ANDROID: rust_binder: adjust tracepoint names 



This most of the Rust Binder tracepoints to avoid the rust_ prefix. The
TRACE_SYSTEM is also renamed to "binder" so that the events are visible
in the same sub-dir of tracefs as where Binder exposes them.
