ANDROID: ABI: Update symbols to unisoc whitelist 



Update whitelist for the symbols used by the unisoc in abi_gki_aarch64_unisoc.
Also changes happened to the abi_gki_aarch64.xml file.

function symbol 'int PageMovable(struct page*)' was added
