Revert "drm/bridge: ti-sn65dsi83: Fix enable/disable flow to meet spec"

This reverts commit 25a724c2 which is
commit dd9e329a upstream.

It breaks the Android ABI and can be brought back in an abi-safe way in
the future if it is still needed.
