drm/bridge: lt9611: hpd and dynamic resolution switch support for lt9611 



Implement HPD detection logic and notify HPD events to userspace.
Read EDID and parse all EDID modes on HPD Connection.
Implement preferred resolution selection logic.
Implement sysfs nodes to read/write edid_mode.
