dt-binding: ti: am65x-mcu-cpsw: sync to lkml

commit a9a495d5 upstream.

Sync MCU CPSW DT bindings to LKML version as max as possible.
Used initial LKML commit to identify that code already upstream.

Note. yaml required some additional work and not critical at this stage.
