Revert "i3c: dw: Fix use-after-free in dw_i3c_master driver due to race condition"

This reverts commit 60d2fb03 which is
commit b75439c9 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
