arm64: dts: ti: k3-j721e-common-proc-board: Add Support for SD card and eMMC 



sdhci0 is connected to an eMMC and sdhci1 is connected to an SD card
slot. Add support for these nodes. Also add a gpio-regulator to power
cycle the card and one to switch I/O voltage to 1.8V.
