Reapply "ASoC: qcom: Fix uninitialized pointer dmactl" 



This reverts commit 257cad188866b8f1ec4142d8482f63b4dd7c604f which is
commit 1382d8b5 upstream.

It is safe to bring back now, the other commits really were not needed.
