Revert "gpiolib: protect gpio_chip with SRCU in array_info paths in multi get/set"

This reverts commit 6f3edf2d which is
commit 81570d6a upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
