Revert "jfs: fix log->bdev_handle null ptr deref in lbmStartIO" 



This reverts commit e4a44357 which is
commit 6306ff39 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
