ANDROID: KVM: arm64: iommu: Fix lock in iova_to_phys

In commit 3f596ed5
("ANDROID: KVM: arm64: smmu-v3: Reduce critical section in map() and unmap()")

iommu_domains_lock was removed from map/unmap/iova_to_phys.
However, taking the lock was left there (and extra new line).
