Revert "crypto: api - Disallow identical driver names"

This reverts commit 462c383e which is
commit 27016f75 upstream.

Seems that Pixel devices break because of this (they have a duplicated
name for their driver?)  Revert this for now, but someone really needs
to get those Pixel drivers upstream and fixed...
