Revert "FROMLIST: drm/msm: register a fault handler for display mmu faults"

This reverts commit 57327910702079c9bb02dc23c1c28299a09c2fc2.

Revert because:
* We've gathered the info we needed for now.
* Progress has stalled getting these upstream.
* The gathering of the devcoredumps is causing a big allocation which
  sometimes fails / causes a crash.
