Revert "usb: typec: class: Invalidate USB device pointers on partner unregistration"

This reverts commit 40966fc9 which is
commit 66e1a887 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
