mhi_bus: dev: uci: Remove QAIC mhi devices 



QAIC driver now has its own version of mhi_uci module called
mhi_qaic_ctrl, and that would be used to create QAIC mhi devices.
To avoid multiple registration of drivers to same device remove
QAIC mhi devices from mhi_uci.
