Revert "vsock/virtio: suppress used length validation"

This reverts commit f7a36b03.
A number of virtio/vsock changes had to be reverted during the 5.16-rc1
merge cycle into the android-mainline branch, and so this change also
should be reverted to keep the build working.

All of these reverts will be revisited soon, to determine what was
causing the breakage on cuttlefish before 5.16-final is merged.
