ANDROID: gki_defconfig: Disable SERIAL_QCOM_GENI_CONSOLE_DEFAULT_ENABLED 



Disable GENI console by default on gki_defconfig so it is not available
by default. It can be re-enabled via commandline option
qcom_geni.con_enabled=1.
