Revert "Revert "udmabuf: fix vmap_udmabuf error page set""

This reverts commit 3a7fd0e5 which is
commit ceb7b62e upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
