ANDROID: mm: Add a vendor hook to identify and protect

foreground app file pages in kernel

Identify foreground app file pages and adjust their PG_active
and PG_reference bits. It supports a protection mechanism for
these pages, significantly reducing their chance of being
reclaimed under memory pressure.
