Revert "device property: Add cleanup.h based fwnode_handle_put() scope based cleanup."

This reverts commit da1097f8 which is
commit 59ed5e2d upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
