ANDROID: ABI: Update virtual_device symbol list 



android12-5.4-lts is broken on Cuttlefish aarch64 because of the use of
blk_mq_quiesce_queue_nowait in virtio_blk.ko.

Update the virtual device symbol list to resolve the issue.
