vsock/virtio: Rename virtio_vsock_skb_rx_put() 



In preparation for using virtio_vsock_skb_rx_put() when populating SKBs
on the vsock TX path, rename virtio_vsock_skb_rx_put() to
virtio_vsock_skb_put().

No functional change.
