Revert "leds: trigger: Call synchronize_rcu() before calling trig->activate()" 



This reverts commit 9ce3c14f which is
commit b1bbd20f upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
