Revert "FROMLIST: drm/msm/iommu: introduce msm_iommu_disp_new() for msm_kms"

This reverts commit 4560034dd745cd59c86cc8c00d21de81d92ef621.

Revert because:
* We've gathered the info we needed for now.
* Progress has stalled getting these upstream.
* The gathering of the devcoredumps is causing a big allocation which
  sometimes fails / causes a crash.
