Revert "arm64: mm: kfence: only handle translation faults"

This reverts commit e6318a7e which is
commit 0bb1fbff upstream.

It is not needed for Android systems and breaks the ABI.  If someone
really wants this, it can be brought back in an ABI-safe way.
