Revert "Merge 5.10.220 into android12-5.10-lts"

This reverts commit 87a7f35a, reversing
changes made to 640645c8.

5.10.220 is a bunch of vfs and nfs changes that are not needed in
Android systems, so revert the whole lot all at once, except for the
version number bump.
