Merge branch 'android15-6.6-desktop-pkvm-ia-2024-15-11-v1' into android15-6.6-desktop

Currently the whole pKVM-IA support is out-of-tree code, so special care
need to be taken to provide stability and minimize performance penalty.
Therefore, before merging the code PnP team confirmed pKVM-IA to work
well on Brya (stable and without performance regressions,
see b/372724125) and pKVM-IA kernel patches are ready for merging,
so enable it on x86.

Although pKVM-IA is enabled in kconfig, by default kernel is not running
in pkvm mode (therefore no functionality changes nor performance
impact) until extra command line flag "kvm-intel.pkvm=1" is provided.
