ANDROID: ABI: Update symbol list for spi-geni-qcom updates

This adds:
  geni_se_rx_init_dma
  geni_se_tx_init_dma

to the symbol list for db845c as it uses the spi-geni drivers,
and recent changes would break building modules for db845c
without the new exported symbols.
