Revert "perf: Fix missing SIGTRAPs"

This reverts commit ca7b0a10 which is
commit ca6c2132 upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi.  This is not a normal problem that
Android systems have (using perf), but if this is needed in the future
it can come back in an ABI-safe way.
