ANDROID: KVM: amr64: Pass kvm_s2_mmu struct from stage2_apply_range() 



Refactor stage2_apply_range() to pass a kvm_s2_mmu struct instead of a
kvm_pgtable struct in preparation for issuing pKVM hypercalls from the
callbacks.
