ANDROID: KVM: arm64: FGT to check guest's feature registers 



Use the guest VM's feature registers, via kvm_has_feat(), to
toggle fine grain trapping, rather than the macros that define
restricted features.

Since the restricted features macros are not used anymore, remove
them.
