ANDROID: kselftest: drop futex_requeue_pi args 



Upstream refactored the futex_requeue_pi utility and it no longer takes
arguments. Instead, all the different test parameters previously in
run.sh have been relocated within the binary itself. Update our Android
test mapping files accordingly.
