ANDROID: GKI: enable CONFIG_V4L_PLATFORM_DRIVERS 



the sensor/csi/mipi driver are in drivers/media/platform/.
need enable V4L_PLATFORM_DRIVERS by default to support camera
which is need by soc vendor.
